Account & Identity Information
During registration, we collect your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. A National ID (NID) or passport may be requested for age verification. In accordance with Bangladesh regulations, we do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account, and a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process is followed for this purpose.
Payment & Financial Information
For deposits and withdrawals, we collect mobile banking numbers for services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, along with transaction reference numbers. All payment information is recorded in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳) and stored using encryption. Full bank account numbers or card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Device & Browser Information
Your device's operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and IP address are automatically logged. For mobile devices, the device model, carrier name, and network information may also be collected. This data is used primarily for fraud prevention and to maintain service quality.
Usage Data
We record which games you play, how long your sessions last, which pages you visit, and which bets or lotteries you participate in. This data helps us improve platform performance and tailor your experience to your preferences. It is also used for Responsible Gaming monitoring.

Data is retained for the duration your account is active and then for a defined period as required by legal obligations. Financial transaction records must be kept for a minimum of five years in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines. After account closure, unnecessary personal data is securely deleted within the specified timeframe.
Only authorized aago staff may access user data, and every access is logged. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are kept using one-way hashing only. In the event of a security breach, we will promptly notify affected users and take the necessary steps.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
Aago never sells or rents your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, there are specific circumstances where limited data sharing is necessary, as outlined below. In every case, only the minimum required information is shared.
- Payment Processor: Data necessary to process transactions is shared with mobile financial service providers such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These providers are regulated by Bangladesh Bank and governed by their own privacy policies.
- Legal Authorities: We are legally obligated to provide data in response to valid orders from Bangladeshi courts or law enforcement agencies. In such cases, we disclose only the minimum information required and make every effort to notify the user where possible.
- Technology Service Providers: Limited technical data may be shared with selected technology partners providing hosting, cloud storage, or cybersecurity services. These partners are contractually bound to uphold our privacy standards.

Right to Erasure
If you request account closure, any data beyond legal retention requirements will be deleted within the specified timeframe. Financial records will be retained as required by law.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Aago reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. For any significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and attempt to send an SMS to your registered mobile number. The date of the latest update will be shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, please contact our help center to close your account.
