These Terms apply to adult users only. You must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to use the service under the laws of Bangladesh to access the aago platform. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited, and aago reserves the right to immediately close any such account.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the aago platform, you must create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time, and aago's decision in such matters is final.
Each user may create one account only. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited, and all associated accounts will be closed if detected. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the aago support team immediately. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure. aago will never ask for your password via email or phone — treat any such request as a red flag.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, aago may request a copy of your National ID or passport for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this verification is completed. All documents provided by users will be kept secure in accordance with aago's privacy policy and will not be shared with any third party.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
All users must act honestly, transparently, and responsibly while using the aago platform. Fraudulent use of any platform feature, attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system, or engaging in deceptive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on the aago platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals, with full details available on the payment page. Deposits and withdrawals can be made easily via popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposits are generally credited instantly, though some methods may take up to 1–3 business hours. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of verification. First-time withdrawals may take additional time for identity verification.
If fraud or irregularity is detected in any transaction, aago reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account. Recovering funds sent to the wrong account is the user's own responsibility, and aago will provide limited assistance in such cases. For any transaction disputes, please contact the support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The aago platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees as to the suitability of its services for any particular purpose. aago will not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, network issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any losses arising from issues with the user's own device or internet connection are also not the responsibility of aago.
Aago's liability shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit under any circumstances. aago will not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, data loss, or loss of profits. Users access the platform voluntarily and assume all associated risks, and are solely responsible for their own actions.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, and other elements on the aago website are protected under the intellectual property rights of aago or its licensed partners. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. aago reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Aago reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — including violation of terms, fraud, irregular transactions, or illegal activity. Any eligible balance remaining after account closure will be refunded subject to verification; however, bonus or promotional funds may not be withdrawable. If you wish to dispute an account closure, please contact our support team.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. Processing this request may take up to 7 business days. All active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance beforehand.
Aago may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform, and the updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable discussion, and to pursue legal remedies only if that fails.
